Which data we process and why

Contact and technical request forms: name, company, email, phone number (if you provide it), message text and any attachments, including technical files (CAD/PDF: drawings, models, specifications), handled confidentially. We use them to reply, send the requested documentation — technical data sheets or company profile — and assess component feasibility.

Job applications: CV, message and contact details submitted through the dedicated form, to assess your application.

Commercial communications: if you allow it through the dedicated optional box, we use your email to send you commercial communications and updates about Spherecube.

Browsing data: technical access logs, processed for security and to keep the site working.

Legal basis

Answering requests relies on performing pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Job applications rely on art. 6.1.b GDPR and art. 111-bis of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, with no consent required. Commercial communications rely on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to info@spherecube.eu or via the link in every email. Mandatory storage and legal defence rely on arts. 6.1.c and 6.1.f.

Retention

Request data is kept as long as needed to handle it and, if a business relationship follows, for the applicable contractual and fiscal terms. Applications not taken forward are deleted within 12 months, unless you consent to a longer retention. Data for commercial communications is kept until you withdraw your consent.

Recipients and third-party services

Data is processed by authorised Spherecube staff and by the following providers, appointed as processors under art. 28 GDPR: Resend, Inc. (USA), to send the emails generated by the forms, with transfers outside the EU based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses; Cloudflare, Inc., to host and deliver the website, processing technical logs including IP addresses, kept only as long as strictly needed for security; Lovable, as development platform and technical gateway for form submissions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (arts. 15-22 GDPR), withdraw a consent and lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it). Write to info@spherecube.eu: we reply within one month.

Cookies

This website uses no profiling cookies and no third-party cookies or analytics tools (no Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager). It only uses the technical key sc-l in your browser’s localStorage to remember your chosen language: it stays on your device and is never sent to Spherecube. Because no tools requiring consent are used, the site shows no banner.
